Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to ensure every client and member has a valuable experience and the tools needed to succeed. Because many of our products and programs deliver immediate digital access, please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase. 1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL All purchases made through Business Wealth Global — including online courses, coaching programs, digital downloads, mentorship sessions, and memberships — are final and non-refundable once access credentials, links, or materials have been delivered. This policy ensures the protection of our proprietary content and intellectual property. Please make sure you’ve reviewed all product details before completing your transaction. 2. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a product, course, or digital program has been accessed, downloaded, or viewed. Due to the nature of online learning and immediate delivery, all digital sales are considered final. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, our support team will assist in restoring your access, but this does not constitute grounds for a refund. 3. DUPLICATE CHARGES OR PROCESSING ERRORS If you believe you have been charged in error or made a duplicate payment, please contact our support team within 72 hours of the transaction. We will promptly investigate and, if verified, process a refund for the duplicate or erroneous charge. MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS If you are enrolled in a recurring membership or subscription program: You may cancel at any time with 7-day written notice prior to your next billing date. Cancellations made after a payment has processed will take effect on the following billing cycle. Access to all program materials will remain active through the end of your current paid period. All subscription cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected] to ensure proper processing. 5. EVENT REGISTRATIONS & LIVE TRAININGS All event registrations and live training fees are non-refundable. Because our events and experiences require advance planning, materials, and limited seating, all ticket sales are final. Registrations may be transferable to another event date or participant at the company’s discretion and must be requested in writing at least 30 days prior to the event date. Please note: Some events are exclusive to members or may require specific qualifications to attend. Unauthorized transfers, resale of tickets, or substitutions are strictly prohibited. 6. DIGITAL DELIVERY CONFIRMATION Upon purchase, our system automatically sends a confirmation email containing your access credentials or downloadable materials. Once these materials have been delivered, the sale is considered final and complete. If you do not receive your access email within 24 hours, please contact our support team for assistance. We will verify your order and resend your credentials if necessary. 7. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS In the event of a temporary system outage, platform maintenance, or other service interruptions, BWG will work promptly to restore access. Service interruptions do not qualify for refunds; however, at the company’s discretion, courtesy access extensions may be granted. 8. APPAREL PURCHASES & RETURNS Event Merchandise All apparel and merchandise purchased at Business Wealth Global events are final sale and non-refundable. Due to limited quantities and event exclusivity, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns after purchase. Online Orders For apparel purchased through our official online store: Returns are accepted for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. To request a return authorization, email [email protected] with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a mailing address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your returned item in acceptable condition. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted. Clearance or discounted merchandise is final sale and non-returnable. 9.
